Why Affordable Housing?

Yet in many neighborhoods across the country, housing costs continue to outpace incomes, creating barriers for working families, seniors, and young adults trying to find their footing.
According to the National Low Income Housing Coalition, there’s a shortage of more than 7 million affordable homes for America’s 10.8 million extremely low-income families.
BACH’s mission is to change that.
